Who is the Camp for?

The camp is intended for smaller closed groups that know each other (10-12 people). These can be groups of friends and acquaintances, families (with children over 7 years old) or partners, co-workers, sports teams, students etc.

Why to choose the Camp?

To physically and psychologically relax and calm down through:
  • learning some basic and most important scouting and surviving skills in nature,
  • sports and recreational activities in the intact nature of the Slovenian highlands,
  • through these activities also improve some psychophysical abilities, functional capacities and skills.
All this, of course, in the context of pleasant socialising, cooperation and mutual assistance in common sports and survival activities as well as camp chores.

Purpose of the Camp

The purpose of the Camp is to offer participants an active break and rest in an intact nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the fast pace of life.

With carefully selected activities and experiences, we want to reduce daily tension and stress, mental strain and fatigue.

To calm the spirit, teach some of the most important surviving skills in nature and improve some motor and functional abilities, capacities and skills to more easily cope with further work and other life demands.

WHEN AND WHERE?

The Camp takes place in summer from June to September in the natural environment of the Triglav National Park (Bovec, Tolmin). The 3- to 5-day stays are organised in two ways with participants’ own tents and camping equipment, depending on the group’s preferences and commodities, which are:
  • camping in a campsite Vodenca (shared toilets, kitchen, electricity and other camping facilities) or
  • camping in the wild (with no or very limited sanitary, electrical and other facilities).
For those who want more commodities, a more relaxed stay and better quality of sleep, rest and regeneration after a full day of activities, there is also the newly built Azimut house in Tolmin.
