Who is the Team Building for?

Team building is an activity that enables team members to work as a team to set goals, develop positive interpersonal relationships and clarify the roles and responsibilities of each team member.

Team building is for closed groups of colleagues from small, medium or large companies who work together in different departments, working groups, project teams or other forms of work and who want to improve communication, cohesion, cooperation and efficiency, and thus also the effectiveness of the work in the company or department.

STAND UP PADDLING (SUP)

“Stand Up Paddling” is a SUPer activity, since it could be SUPer relaxing or SUPer exhausting. It could be a SUPer sporty, SUPer recreational, SUPer competitive and even a SUPer nature protection activity. Despite this, Stand Up Paddling is always SUPer fun, especially in the company of the NNN Association – Društvo Naredi Nekaj za Naravo [Do Something for Nature].

For many years NNN members have been taking care of three key aspects of SUPing:

  • the social benefit activity of nature protection by picking up waste from Slovenia’s seas, coast, rivers and lakes;
  • sports and competition activity, in which members are achieving enviable results; recreation, socialisation and fun
  • to relax the body, mind and spirit and to strengthen mutual support, cohesion and team spirit.

    SUP TEAM BUILDING

SUP team buildings involve problem-based and reasonably selected tasks in the field of ecology/nature conservation and sport-recreational activities (by doing SUP), which requires cooperation of one or more groups of colleagues to achieve the set objectives.

To this end, we organise a 4-6 hour team building workshop by the sea, meaningfully combining SUPing and nature conservation activities, ending with a SUPer feast.

    SURVIVAL IN NATURE
    TEAM BUILDING

    One With Nature

    emil-orientacija-3

    PURPOSE

The aim of the Survival in nature team building programme is to place participants in some of the forgotten but basic and natural to man situations where they are forced to face the most important challenges, difficulties and fears of surviving in the “wilderness”. They have to experience and overcome these in pairs or small groups, with just a few basic tools, in a cooperative and mutually supportive way, which further connects them and encourages them to share tasks more effectively.

    CONTENT

We learn from the former and actual  Slovenian Army soldiers, Emil Kopatin, and his team the practical skills needed to face the four most important challenges of surviving in the wild:
    1. Orienteering,
    2. Protection against low temperatures,
    3. Hydration using natural resources,
    4. Feeding with natural resources.

      Building a Positive Working Atmosphere

      WHY TATANKA

Complaining, jealousy and non-satisfaction kill team spirit. It can all start with a small dissatisfaction or complaint that is hushed up and/or not resolved. It is through such reactions that it takes root somewhere inside us and waits for new opportunities to grow. These reactions are familiar from a young age, both at home and at work, and should be addressed for the successful growth of employees and the company.

The aim and objective of the TATANKA workshop on building a positive working atmosphere, led by an experienced consultant in entrepreneurship, management and marketing and a certified NLP Coach, Dr. Nina Vanita Hočevar, is to come to the realization that it is important to address and clear up our negative emotions and dissatisfaction first, so that we can then build a lasting positive work atmosphere and increased work performance.
